About Us
Ghillie Wildlife Management is based in Leduc and services Leduc, Edmonton and a wide surrounding area.
GWM provides a humane, holistic, and cost-effective solution to the problem of damage and losses caused by wildlife. Our services are designed for the Agricultural industry, acreages, industrial sector, feed store facilities, and golf clubs etc.
We can look at the property as a whole and can deal with multiple issues in a visit or work on a single or range of problems over a season.
Using a variety of methods to remove problem wildlife and dissuade them from returning to cause further damage, we will provide a quick and efficient service but also a long-term solution that will last.
Some of the methods employed are trapping, trap and release, and removal of common wildlife animals of the mammalian and avian variety where it is practical and lawful to do so. We also use our knowledge of animal behavior and deterrents to dissuade the return of nuisance wildlife and prevent reoccurring problems.
Wildlife are notoriously unpredictable and we can monitor areas of concern using novel technology and ensure that we have the best chance of being effective on each visit.
We believe in protecting your property and assets against damage by wildlife, giving you peace of mind that your business is being protected from unnecessary loss.
Our company and employees respect and values the ecosystem and do not use poisons or other broad spectrum chemicals, non-targeted approaches to wildlife management. We believe a better long-lasting result can be achieved through understanding wildlife behavior, removing and steering problem wildlife away from your business to prevent damage.
We live in a world where ecologically sound business practices are increasingly sought after. We at Ghillie Wildlife Management have over 25 years of field experience and a dedicated Zoologist on staff to advise on making the best, responsible, and effective solution.
