• What happens after I call, text or fill in the contact form?

We will have you chat to a trained technician to decide on the best course of action. Most often a site visit will be required to gauge the pest problem and the best course of action.

• How long will it take to solve the issue?

Every species and situation is different. The sooner you give us a call the sooner we can start working on the issue. Once we visit and gauge the problem we can give you a better idea of a timeline. Wildlife are notoriously unpredictable so a timeline is an estimate based on what we find. ​

• How many visits will be necessary?​

More than one visit may be necessary to deal with some problems, some problems can be dealt with in a single visit. Discounts are available on multiple visits depending on the size of the job.​

• Do you offer free estimates?

Free estimates are available and the most accurate estimates will be made onsite once the size of the job is gauged.​
